Breakfast:

1. Banana Pancakes – Fluffy pancakes made with ripe bananas and served with syrup and fresh fruit.
   
2. Oatmeal and Fruit – Hot oatmeal served with your choice of fresh fruit and honey.
   
3. Breakfast Wrap – Scrambled eggs, cheese, mixed vegetables, and seared tuna, wrapped in a tortilla.

Lunch & Dinner:

1. Cheeseburger – Grilled beef patty with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, and special sauce, served on a bun with fries.
   
2. Fish Burrito – Grilled fish served on a tortilla with mixed vegetables, cheese, and special sauce.
   
3. Sashimi Plate – Fresh slices of raw fish served on a bed of rice with mixed vegetables, soy sauce, and wasabi.
   
4. Chicken Wrap – Grilled chicken with mixed vegetables and special sauce, wrapped in a tortilla and served with fries.
   
5. Eggplant Parmesan – Breaded and fried eggplant topped with tomato sauce and melted cheese, served with a side salad.
   
6. Poke Bowl – Cubed raw fish served on a bed of rice with mixed vegetables, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
   
7. Pizza – Thin crust Italian pizza topped with tomato sauce, cheese, and your choice of toppings.
   
8. Chicken Quesadilla – Grilled chicken with cheese and mixed vegetables, served in a tortilla with salsa and sour cream.
   
9. Beef Stir Fry – Ground beef and mixed vegetables stir-fried in a savory sauce, served over rice.
   

Daily Specials:

Monday – Fish and Chips – Fried fish served with fries and tartar sauce.

Tuesday – Burritos – Your choice of chicken, fish or beef burritos with mixed vegetables and cheese.

Wednesday – Curry Bowl – Your choice of chicken or mixed vegetables cooked in a creamy coconut curry sauce, served over rice.

Thursday – Eggplant Lasagna – Layers of breaded and fried eggplant, tomato sauce, and melted cheese, served with a side salad.

Friday – Sashimi Plate – Assortment of fresh raw fish slices served with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.

Saturday – Cheeseburger Combo – Cheeseburger with fries and a drink.

Sunday – Pizza Combo – 2 slices of pizza with fries and a drink.

Island Hopper Hotel has a fleet of compact luxury SUVs selected with your comfort and safety in mind. Having a vehicle on Kosrae provides the perfect way to explore the island and reach your destinations on your schedule. We’ll be at the airport to meet you with your car rental upon arrival. We’ll help you complete our car rental agreement form, hand you your keys, and help make sure you are good to go. When it’s time to depart, simply return it to the airport with ease. At the hotel, we have worry-free parking.

What to know about driving in Kosrae:

• We drive on the right side of the road.
• US issued and International driver’s licenses are acceptable
• You can get a cool Kosrae State driver’s license at the police station for $12.00 (no test required with a valid license)
• There are many pot-holes that cars will swerve into the opposite lane to avoid so just be cautious and drive slowly
• Most cars are right-hand drive, but we do offer one vehicle with left-hand drive that can be requested.
• The speed limit in most places is 25mph / 40kph
• The main road is paved, but the farm roads are dirt which can be hard to pass during times of heavy rain.
• Fuel costs $5.75 to $6.00 per gallon as of early 2023.
